Payment Easy as 1, 2, 3

Our rates start at less than $30/month, so no matter what your budget is, we are sure you can find a space that is right for you.

The process begins by either filling out the reservation form online or calling us at (800) 536-6565 to confirm your location and desired room size.

You will only need a valid form of ID (such as a driver’s license or passport), the first month’s rent, and a small administrative fee to complete the process.

After completing these steps, it is time to move-in, and we can either take care of the entire move for you (call to find out if you are eligible for a free move-in), or you can rent a truck and complete it yourself.

Rent is due monthly on the anniversary of your purchase, but we allow a 10 day grace period before a $25 late fee is applied.

To manage your account, click on the ‘My Account’ link on our website. Here you may pay bills, view the past transaction, and update your information.

If you would like to set up an auto-pay plan, you can do so online or at one of our facilities.

Need to Move Out?

We greatly value each of our customers, but if you wish to end your storage plan, we have made the process extremely simple.

All you need to do is make sure you are up to date on any outstanding balance payments and alert a member of our team that you want to close your account.

Then, just make sure your room is emptied and cleaned out by the time your storage term ends, and we will handle the rest.
