To handle initial customer
contract |

To respond to customer
inquiries and requests for information |

To distribute appropriate
paperwork to customers |

To receive completed paperwork
and create customer files |

To gather contracts, inventories,
and all other pertinent documents |

To contract vendors and
arrange for services |

To fill out appropriate
work orders and distribute copies to appropriate departments |

To correspond with customers |

To gather necessary information
regarding the value of claimed items |

To arrange inspections
of damaged articles |

To arrange for pick-up
and delivery of damaged items with Dispatch |

To maintain contact with
customers and keep them apprised of their claim's status |

To maintain contact with
movers, Dispatch, Storage, Accounting and Sales |

To submit claims to Claims
