Getting the Conversation Started

One of the main reasons I started writing this blog was to improve interactions with our customers. I started my career at Moishe's at the very beginning, and sometimes I miss the days when I interacted with the people we move on a day-to-day basis. During the first few months of keeping the blog, I got a rekindled sense of what that was like. Customers were commenting with questions, emailing me for advice at askgene@moishes.com, and I got the chance to answer those questions and solve issues when I could.

The past few months has seen that interaction tapering off, so I'd like to issue a renewed call to our customers that says, my door is always open (or my inbox, anyway). If you've ever got questions about your upcoming move or an issue you'd like to discuss with me directly, feel free to comment here at the blog or email at the address listed above. I look forward to hearing from you.
