How long do I have to load or unload my Moishe’s Mobile storage unit?
Take as long as you like! Part of the convenience of Moishe’s Mobile is that there’s no pressure for you to get everything packed up in a day. Pack at your own pace, to make sure everything is put away with tender love and care.
Are my valuables secure from weather if the Mobile Storage Unit is outside?
Yes. All Moishe’s Mobile Storage Units are weatherproof. They are designed for exterior use and made to keep your belongings secure and protected from the weather.
Will I have access to my Mobile Storage Unit once it has been placed in storage?
Absolutely. Our units contain your items and we will work with you to ensure that you have access to your belongings whenever necessary. Please check our Locations for hours and contact information.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
The sooner the better! We know that sometimes last-minute storage is a must, so we do our best to accommodate a customer's needs no matter when you call, but it’s better if you give us at least two weeks’ notice.
Do you pick-up and deliver on weekends?
Yes! Unlike most truck rental and moving companies, Moishe’s Mobile works around your schedule. Let us know in advance and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Does Moishe’s Mobile Storage offer packing assistance and supplies if needed?
Moishe’s employs a fully-trained staff of movers and packers who are available to help with your moving or storage project. If you need supplies, definitely check out Moishe’s Supply Closet to purchase any of your moving and storage supplies.
Are there any laws or restrictions about housing my Mobile Storage Unit by my home or office?
Every city has certain ordinances pertaining to restrictions about storage units. Contact your homeowners association and/or local code enforcement agency for instructions.
How can Moishe’s Mobile help me renovate my home?
Moishe’s Mobile is the perfect solution for renovating a portion of your home. Need to get everything out of a room for a few days? Just keep one of our storage units at your home, fill it up, and we'll pick it up when the renovations have been completed.
If I fill up my storage and need a second, can I get another unit quickly?
Moishe’s Mobile Storage will work to provide you with any tools you need to successfully complete your move or renovation, even another Unit. Our representatives are only a phone call away and are always ready to answer your questions and offer help to solve any last minute changes or unforeseen needs in your plan.
Can I store my stuff . . . then move it later?
Absolutely! If you’re not sure where you’re moving but need to get some stuff out of the house, give us a call. We’ll gladly store your unit at one of our secure warehouses until your moving date and deliver your belongings straight to your new doorstep when you’re ready.
Are there extra fees if I live a good distance from the nearest Moishe’s Mobile Storage center?
Moishe’s will work to get you a Mobile Storage Unit no matter what area you’re currently residing, but there will be a mileage fee for any delivery that exceeds 40 miles.
I need a Mobile Storage Unit to store my large pieces of furniture. Is this possible?
Of course, Moishe’s Mobile Storage Units are specially designed to store all types of household goods, including sofa's, dressers, dining tables, and even washers and dryers. Our Storage Units hold between 315 cubic feet and 630 cubic feet.
I live in an apartment building on a busy city street, will I still be able to obtain a storage unit?
Yes, the bottom line about Moishe’s Mobile Storage is that we are convenient and flexible. We will always work to accommodate as many of our customers’ needs as possible. In certain situations you may need to obtain a permit for a Mobile Storage Unit in the city, or get permission from your building to utilize its loading docks.
What are some of tips to help me pack my Storage Unit properly and efficiently?
As with most DIY projects, planning and preparation is where your project will live and die. Try to have all the loose items boxed and ready for storage. How can I calculate the amount of storage space I’ll need?

Once my unit is picked up, how is it protected?
Moishe’s Storage Facilities are fully protected with 24-7 on-premises security, CCTV cameras, temperature control and fire suppression systems.
