Where do I get boxes from?
Moishe’s offers several different size packages with an assortment of
boxes which you can check out and purchase right here on our website.
Just click on the “Buy Boxes” tab to view the package options. We even
have a special package option designed specifically for offices.
When is the best time to move my company or business?
When considering the best time, plan around your business hours to save
money. Either move after hours or during the weekend to optimize your
business operations, ease of the move and the cost. You may not be able
to move during a business day because of elevator traffic. Moishe’s is
available to move on the weekends, just give us notice in advance.
How far in advance should I plan the move?
As early as possible, 6-8 weeks in advance will allow you to move with
more ease and organization. Also, keep in mind that the busy months are
April through September, and the busy days of the month are at the end
of the month.
How will the computers be moved safely?
Computer equipment is packed in padded bins. We do ask that you disconnect all electronics before we get there.
Do you provide storage?
If you
need a place to keep the contents of your office for a while, short and
long-term storage is provided for any size moves as well as document
storage for your important documents. Our storage facilities are secure
and safe with state-of-of-the-art security systems. The facilities are
also water and fire proof as well as climate controlled.
How do you handle a move with a long walk from the building to the truck?
We use carts, dollies and two wheelers for a quicker, more efficient move. In some cases we also add more movers to the crew.
Are your movers insured?
Our movers are fully insured in case of injury during a move.
Do you provide unpacking service?
We provide partial as well as full packing to meet with your company’s needs and budget.
How do you determine how many movers and trucks to use for the move?
We evaluate the cubic feet and weight of the inventory in order to determine the amount of movers and trucks necessary.
Can I move last minute?
Last minute moves are possible but depend on our availability on the day you call.
What size moves do you handle?
We handle all size moves, from very small to very large. |
