Many of our customers ask me where the best places to go for advice are, so I spend a good part of my morning’s scanning the Internet for the best suggestions available. And while there are dozens of news stories and guides that pop up every week, I’ve found that one of the best places to start (after Moishes.com, of course) is About.com.

The site works so well because they only use writers who work or worked in the industry they’re covering. In the case of the moving business, no one is going to know how to make your moving day easier than someone who plans moves every day. In the case of About.com, a great starting point is their 12 Terrific Moving Tips entry, which will give you more than enough information to start planning your move.
